I will not discuss in great detail this step, but I thought it is worth mentioning it, because it contributes to your happiness and content in life.
Personal-Development means to develop and improve yourself from every point of view.
To understand better the importance of personal-development, I will tell you a short tip that I discovered some time ago, when I was watching a documentary about the richest and the wealthiest people on earth.

Almost all of those successful people, had the same opinion, which was that it’s not important how rich you are getting, it’s important the person you are becoming, by getting rich. WOW! What a powerful statement! In other words, what matters most is how many things you learn, and how much life experience you gain, through the journey of becoming rich and wealthy. Another thing I have noticed about successful people is that the majority of them, after they got rich, an unfortunate turn in the economy, a bad decision, or some overlooked event, made them to lose all their fortune.

What they did next is very interesting:
They used their knowledge and life experience they gained so far, and restored their fortunes, faster and larger than the first time. Can you see now how important it is to invest in yourself, and to learn from every experience, good or bad?
